Annie Rodgers is a Partner in Leadership Forum. She brings over 25 years as a leader of global enterprise, commercial and brand communications, leveraging consumer insight and team engagement to build world-class organisations.

As an Executive Coach, she brings together her business experience, her personal passion and her track record coaching top teams to insure that individuals and teams excel. She integrates strategy and human performance to insure that change happens on a personal and a team level.


A member of the International Coach Federation, Annie works within ICF guidelines and accreditation requirements.

She has held senior roles in global organisations such as Discovery Networks Europe, CNBC, and Dow Jones, often leading major game-changing product launches and redesigning commercial strategies. She built ‘best in class’ client service for the global advertising community.

More recently Annie has consulted both on commercial strategy and brand communications. That work has evolved to supporting organisations as a coach, which she believes is powerful tool to unlock personal potential, create ‘best in class’ teams and deliver concrete business results.
