ONLINE COACHING

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and Leadership Forum LLC, here on in ‘The Company’.

 

The Company, agrees to provide you (Client) with Executive Coaching in the form of a ‘one-time online coaching session’, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions hereafter outlined (Terms and Conditions).

 

As a Client, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, both for current and for any
additional services for which you may contract with the Company, including all payment terms
(collectively, the Agreement). In this Agreement, “you” and “your” refers to the Client.

 

TERM, PAYMENT & MODIFICATION

You are purchasing a ‘one-time online coaching session’. Payment is required in advance and
is made via Stripe. Any and all ‘one-time’ purchases shall not be tied to any other service or
subject to this agreement unless otherwise specified by the Company.

 

Rates: 1 x 1-hour coaching session costs are dependent upon the chosen coach and will be clearly displayed at the point of booking. For further information contact the coach.

 

You agree to pay to the Company all applicable charges to its account in the United States in
accordance with the payment terms and conditions.

 

You understand and agree that the ‘one-time online coaching sessions’ are payable in advance of the coaching engagement.

 

In addition, the Client agrees to authorize the Company to charge its credit card in advance for such payments and for any amounts owed under this Agreement.

 

You understand that the Company may modify its standard terms and conditions and service
offerings from time to time and that the Company reserves the right to adjust the pricing of such services.

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Payments may be made using credit cards via Stripe. Payments are due in full prior to the coaching session. If payment fails, the Client must remedy this situation and provide a valid form of payment within 24 hours of the online coaching session.

 

For all credit or debit card payments: You hereby consent to having these charges automatically charged to your credit or debit card on the due date.

 

REFUND POLICY AND CANCELLATIONS

The Company operates a strict 24-hour cancellation notice policy. All and any cancellations
made within 24 hours of the online coaching session will not be refunded. All other
cancellations will be refunded in full or rescheduled at the Company and Client’s mutual
discretion.

 

SERVICES PROVIDED

The Company provides online coaching delivered in 60-minute periods. All content shared is
subject to confidentiality between coach and coachee. Coaching is defined as partnering with
clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their
personal and professional potential.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Title and full ownership rights in and to frameworks, strategies and systems, together with any and all ideas, concepts, and other technology supporting or otherwise relating to Leadership Forum’s operation of its coaching products, services and website (collectively, the “Leadership Forum Materials”), shall remain at all times solely with Leadership Forum, unless prior copyright belongs to a third-party service provider or author. You acknowledge that you will
not acquire any ownership interest in Leadership Forum Materials by reason of this Agreement.
